Responsibilities
Being a leader for the organization.Overseeing and develop the rules and regulations, and policies, and, planning strategies and make important decisions. Creating a good company culture for the organization and employees.Assisting with the recruitment process. Training employees and providing support for any issues which may occur. Have HRM/HRD skills and help to set up KPIs. Qualifications
30-35 years old.Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, HR, or a related field.More than 3 years of experience.Strong management skills.Flexible in going to 2 locations (company branches). Have own transportation would be convenient. Benefits:
