The People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP) plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic direction of the People & Culture function within the organization. This position is responsible for leading the development, planning, implementation, and administration of comprehensive People & Culture initiatives that drive sustainable growth and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. The PCBP will ensure alignment with Pitbull’s Core Values while addressing current and future talent needs, fostering employee engagement, and supporting leadership development.
