As a key member of the Talent and Culture team, the HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to both employees and leaders. They provide and execute strategic solutions that support company objectives, provide comprehensive HR support to employees, and foster a positive work environment. 

This role is for a fixed-term period of months - you would be reporting into the HR Director for YUM! and you will be partnering with the Chief Supply Chain Officer and his Global Senior Leadership team who sit across the UK, EU, US, Singapore, Africa & UAE with employees based in locations that span these countries and more. It is truly a global role, and you will be the People and Culture lead for all HR practices across this function. Stakeholder engagement is pivotal in making this role a success as well as partnering with local HR teams to drive talent and organizational effectiveness within the global markets you support.
