Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience as a Human Resource Business Partner or Generalist (e.g., employee relations, people programs, workplace concerns).
• Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in human resources, people programs, or other large‑scale people related roles.
• Experience with cross‑functional collaboration and influence.
• Experience coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a customer‑oriented focus.
• Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
• Ability to speak and write in Portuguese fluently.
