People Business Partner – Revenue Organization
This role reports to a Senior People Business Partner and will collaborate with revenue leaders to strengthen team performance, organizational effectiveness, and business growth. It is situated at the intersection of people strategy and business impact, requiring a data‑driven approach to talent development, change management, and people practices.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across the Revenue organization on people priorities, team effectiveness, and organizational health.
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Drive people topics such as engagement, performance, feedback, and career development.
- Contribute to the application of frameworks related to career leveling, compensation, and pay equity.
