Fasset is building a global financial infrastructure that connects emerging markets to the digital asset economy. As we expand across Asia, the Middle East, and other high‑growth regions, we are looking for a People Associate based in Pakistan to support global HR initiatives across the organization.

This role will work closely with and report directly to the Head of People based in Malaysia, supporting hiring and HR coordination across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment for roles across technology, compliance, operations, and business teams.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview scheduling.
• Assist with candidate screening and help ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and support hiring across multiple jurisdictions.

Global HR Coordination
