Role can site remotely, **Pacific or Mountain Time Zone preferred.** If you are within 50 miles of Mountain View, CA, Warren, MI, or Austin, TX you will be required to work a Hybrid schedule - 3 days a week onsite.

GM’s People Analytics Center of Excellence is seeking a curious, data-driven **People Analytics Analyst** to join our team. In this role, you’ll be deployed across different parts of our business, partnering with People Analytics Consultants to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic talent decisions, improve organizational effectiveness, and enhance the employee experience. You’ll leverage your analytical skills and HR data knowledge to help us advance our analytics capabilities and enable data-driven decisions at scale.
