As a People Services Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a consistent, high quality colleague and manager experience across the Iberia region (Spain & Portugal). The role provides expert people advisory support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation, collective agreements, and Sage policies. You will contribute to a globally aligned yet regionally appropriate People Services offering, driving simplicity, standardisation, and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role 3 days a week for our Barcelona office.
