Position Overview

Description
 of Job Duties:Lead Facilities/Utilities team in the safe general maintenance and upkeep, for reliability, of the location’s systems while building our team's skills and engagement for systems such as but not limited to: (security, fire, waste water treatment, filter plant, steam & condensate, power distribution, roofing, grounds, various permit compliance best management procedures, pest control, HVAC, compressed air, potable water, propane & natural gas). 

Requirements:

Candidates must have:

A desire to continuously drive other individuals and teams to build their skills.

Ability to effectively communicate with others.

Possess basic math skills.
