Lifecycle Replacement Sales: Engage with existing clients to propose system upgrades and replacements, aligning with our product's natural 10-year replacement cycle.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively within a multicultural team (Manager and Executives) to ensure smooth project delivery and localized customer support.
Technical Consultation: Learn to inspect and evaluate industrial cooling tower conditions on‑site to provide accurate technical proposals.
Inside Sales & Support: Handle high‑volume client inquiries via phone and email, prepare quotations, and coordinate sales administration from the Penang office.
