Position Overview
1. 负责管理酒店的培训职能,包括发展合格的部门后备培训师,建立一套酒店培训数据和评估结果系统。
2. 分析酒店整体的和各部门的培训需求,针对需求制定策略,用培训计划书的形式呈交给总经理和行政委员会审阅。
3. 与部门领导一起设计、制定和执行能夠符合具体的部门要求的培训计划,确保培训课程方案的制定,以及培训的有效性。
4. 监督每个部门培训业务计划的进展,确保实现培训目的。
1. 具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织和培训能力。
2. 能严格执行酒店和部门的管理规章和相关要求。
3. 精通微软办公软件。
4. 英文熟练及良好的品德操行。
5. 3年相关工作经验或相似的管理经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
