As a Senior Decisioning Architect, you are the configuration and architectural visionary across the Next‑Best‑Action (NBA) Execution Team. You define, govern, and drive the implementation of decisioning standards, strategy architecture, and arbitration frameworks using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

You will lead the design and delivery of real-time decisioning and personalization solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory standards, and enterprise architecture.
