The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in PEGA platform capabilities, solution architecture, system integration, and application development, with the ability to drive technical excellence across complex digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture and design of PEGA solutions.
Design scalable, reusable, and high-performance PEGA applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Architects, and technical teams to define solution architecture.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to PEGA developers and architects.
Define PEGA best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.
