Genesis10 is currently seeking a Pega Lead Developer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Irving, TX and Chandler, AZ. This is an 18+ month contract opportunity.

We are seeking a hands-on Pega Lead Developer with strong expertise in Pega Case Management and system integrations. This role combines technical leadership with active development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will design and build high-quality Pega solutions while helping team members, enforcing best practices, and partnering closely with architects, product owners, and integration teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications, with a strong emphasis on case management and workflow orchestration


• Actively contribute to development (rules, flows, integrations, UI, decisioning) as a hands-on lead, not just oversight
