Responsibilities


+ Support the development and execution of targeting strategies and marketing campaigns in channels enabled by Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

+ Build, launch, and optimize Next Best Action campaigns across inbound and outbound channels through member profiling, experimentation, and performance analysis.

+ Own the day-to-day campaign operations lifecycle—from requirements and approvals through QA/testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring and issue resolution.

+ Partner with marketing product strategists, business stakeholders, compliance, and cross-functional agile teams to achieve positive member experience and business outcomes.

+ Translate marketing requirements into CDH interaction strategies, targeting criteria, and personalization logic.
