 An exciting opportunity has arisen for Open Dialogue Practitioner to facilitate the on-going development of the Peer Supported Open Dialogue service (POD) within KMPT, the only stand-alone NHS Open Dialogue service in the UK.

 Within this position, you will participate in promoting POD and co-facilitate training sessions for others. Your responsibilities will involve working alongside pod-trained staff and trainees, supporting service users and their social networks from crisis to recovery, and integrating this new care model throughout KMPT. 

Main duties of the job

You will be a trained and registered mental health worker (nurse, OT, therapist) who is currently trained in, or participating in open dialogue training. This OD training must be recognised by KMPT.
