Description

As a Peer Support Specialist, you will be a member of the Mobile Team, assisting the clinicians on Mobile visits and providing support and advocacy to individuals in crisis. You will also be a resource to the clinicians and case manager, through sharing their knowledge of common challenges individuals with SPMI endure and sharing knowledge about community resources. You will be an individual (adult) with lived experience with mental illness. You will report to the Executive Program Director and you will work on-site.

Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with service providers involved with individuals with SPMI.
+ Provide information and peer to peer support to individuals who are served by the program.
