• PPD: 18 patients per day.
• Must have prior FQHC experience
• Must have prior experience and be comfortable treating children with BH (anxiety) issues
• Must have experience with Pediatric Chronic Care Management
• Active DEA needed before the start
• Credentialing takes 30-60 days

• Board Certified Required
• Active CA license or IMLC
