**Position Highlights – Pediatric Hematology/Oncology (Temple, TX)**

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
+ No weekends
+ No call
+ Patient Volume: ~12 patients per day
+ Role Overview:
+ New patient evaluations
+ Follow-up visits
+ Acute access visits
+ In-basket management (shared & individual)
+ Simple procedures including port access, infusion management, and dressing changes
+ Team-Based Care Model:
+ Collaborative environment with strong interdisciplinary support
+ Includes: Medical Assistants, LVNs, RNs, Nutritionists, Social Workers, and Front Desk support
+ Training & Support:
+ Open to new graduates
+ Structured onboarding with 12–18 month transition support
+ Mentorship led by experienced APP leadership
+ Credentialing Requirements:
+ BLS & PALS certifications required
