Shift: 2nd shift

Location: South Tucson

Requirements: Ability to use shearer, ring setter, microscope, calipers

• Follow process work instructions


• Prepares router for job


• Verify tools and materials with specifications on traveler and blueprint


• Enters proper parameters for job into machine


• Operate and monitor operation


• Perform special fabrication operations


• Perform measurements to assure dimensional requirements are met


• Operate score machine


• Complete first article report and/or AS9102 FAIR if required


• Update job in Prototrak, initial or sign and date traveler gate(s), and move job to next department
