Overview:

0.6 FTE (24 hours per week) OR 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week). Day Shift-7:00am-7:30pm, every other weekend required.

Position starts at $19.10/hr, pay to commensurate with experience. $2.30/hr night shift differential, $1.80 weekend shift differential.

Performs basic supportive care to specified patients and families under the direction and supervision of an RN or Care Manager. Collects, documents, and reports data to the RN or Care Manager.
