About the Role


We help P&C carriers modernize Personal and Commercial lines operations – Und erwriting, and Claims —using domain depth, data driven process reinvention , and AI (including agentic AI). As a Transformation Manager / Senior Manager, you’ll lead cross functional teams to redesign operating models, digitize workflows, and scale AI enabled capabilities that support profitable growth, reduce loss and LAE, compress cycle times, and elevate the policyholder/claimant experience. You’ll also play a hands-on role in business development, shaping solutions and growing enduring client relationships.
