Description

In your role as a Digital Banking Associate, you will be able to work closely with Preferred Bankers and Relationship Managers to prospect, build, and strengthen client relationships with digital banking expertise. Digital Banking Associates are leveraged throughout the bank as client-facing experts on all digital treasury services, including but not limited to: Personal Online Banking, Cash Flow Essentials, access Optima, CB Forex and the services contained within these platforms.

Primary responsibilities include

+ Partner with Preferred Bankers and Relationship Managers to present relevant products and services to prospective clients.

+ Prepare and present tailored live platform demonstrations for prospective clients.

+ Facilitate an efficient digital onboarding process by collecting information and pre-filling necessary treasury forms.
