Your daily role

• Manage the complete payroll cycle
• Process employee movements (hiring, departure, promotions, etc.)
• Handle employment records, submissions, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance (laws, agreements, benefits)
• Answer employee questions (and become the payroll reference)
• Collaborate with HR and participate in process improvement
• A key, concrete role where your expertise makes a real difference

What we are looking for

• 3 to 5 years of payroll experience
• Good mastery of the complete cycle
• Experience in a unionized or construction environment (big plus)
• Bilingualism (FR/EN) (written)
