Position Summary:

The Payroll Tax Analyst is responsible for monitoring, reconciling and overall administration of all payroll tax related tasks such as tax filings and returns, tax payments, Finance tax support with research and reconciliations, government reporting, tax table setup and employee tax setup. Assists in the preparation and delivery of W-2 forms, and other related filings for approximately 10,000 associates and retirees in the US and Puerto Rico. Responsible for adherence to all payroll related local, state, federal, and other applicable foreign tax laws and procedures. The role requires strong teamwork, problem solving, and analytic skills with the ability to coordinate multiple work streams around overarching deliverables.
