**Payroll Supervisor (Bilingual Spanish/English)**

**Position Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to lead and optimize our global payroll operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing across the U.S. and Latin America (LATAM), while driving process improvements and leading a high-performing payroll team.

+ Evaluate current global payroll schedules and SOPs to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
+ Reduce manual adjustments and off-cycle payroll through automation and streamlined workflows
