Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll tax reconciliations, reporting, and approvals of payroll runs, including funding for tax remittances Balance, reconcile, and approve filings including 941, 940, W-2, W-2c, 499W2, 499W2c, and amended returns Prepare weekly cash flow reports to support payroll and tax funding Maintain payroll tax data and generate reports as needed System & Process Management
Manage Power of Attorney (POA) forms and tax authority setups across SAP, ADP GlobalView, and agencies Monitor and reconcile local tax setups to ensure correct jurisdiction codes Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll tax system updates and changes Manage quarterly payroll tax processes, including filings and corrections for the US and Pu...
