Overview

We’re hiring a Payroll Specialist to oversee and execute payroll operations for a dynamic and growing workforce. This role is critical in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Compensation

+ $28–$30/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

+ Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for employees across multiple pay groups

+ Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions

+ Maintain payroll records and employee data

+ Handle payroll tax filings and ensure compliance

+ Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies

+ Support audits and reporting related to payroll

+ Collaborate with HR and accounting on employee changes and benefits
