Robert Half Permanent Placement is partnering with a modern construction company in the Buffalo, NY area on their search for a skilled Payroll Coordinator. In this role you will be the point person managing payroll and expense reimbursement for a successful company – they have 90+ employees and are growing fast! This is a hybrid position (after training) with a starting salary of $60,000 - $65,000 and an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
+ Manage full-cycle weekly payroll processing for construction employees, ensuring accurate and timely payroll in compliance with company policies and deadlines
+ Review and audit employee timesheets, certified payroll records, and job costing data to ensure accuracy, proper coding, and prevailing wage compliance
