Description
A growing company located in The Woodlands is seeking a Payroll Tax Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is responsible for supporting daily, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings, reconciliations, tax setup, and notice resolution in a multi-state environment.

This position is fully onsite initially for training and onboarding, with the potential for a hybrid schedule after hire based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

+ Process and support payroll tax filings and reconciliations

+ Manage tax notices, agency correspondence, and issue resolution

+ Research tax codes and complete tax setup for new accounts

+ Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather tax information

+ Maintain accurate payroll tax data in internal systems
