We are currently seeking a hands‑on, tech savvy Payroll Specialist to join the downtown Calgary head office on a temporary basis to support the day‑to‑day activities of the Payroll team.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely full cycle employee payroll processing and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll, privacy legislation, and organizational policies and procedures.
• Track, audit, and reconcile timesheets; resolve discrepancies and queries promptly.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly and ad‑hoc time off reports.
• On and offboarding activities.
• Provide excellent user support for internal payroll systems and processes.
• Respond to and resolve employee pay queries and other ad‑hoc payroll related activities.
