We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for a contract position based in Spokane, Washington. This role will manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple states, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate brings strong payroll expertise, experience working with large employee populations, and hands-on knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.


Responsibilities:

• Process complete payroll cycles for a large workforce, ensuring timely and accurate payment delivery.

• Administer multi-state payroll activities while maintaining compliance with applicable wage, tax, and reporting requirements.

• Use ADP Workforce Now to enter, review, audit, and finalize payroll data.
