Position Overview:
We are seeking a Contract Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for a company undergoing post-acquisition integration. This role will play a critical part in ensuring payroll continuity, accuracy, and compliance during the transition to ADP. The Payroll Specialist will help manage day-to-day payroll processing, validate employee and payroll data, support system conversion activities, and assist with issue resolution throughout the integration process.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule during the acquisition and integration period.
+ Support payroll data migration, validation, and reconciliation as employee records and payroll information are integrated into ADP.
