Role Overview
The Payroll Specialist day to day role includes coordinating the monthly payrolls with our external payroll service provider, working through input and liaising on the progress of work to ensure deadlines are met. Answering payroll related queries from the business and employees, along with assisting on ad-hoc requests and projects.
Role Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in coordination with our payroll provider. Provide payroll related guidance to staff, management and HR.transfers
Ensure accurate processing of all new employees, international relocations, and assignments in Workday. Provide first line of support to the payroll service provider in processing all monthly payrolls
Support the end to end processing of company monthly payrolls.
Liaise with staff and management on payroll related queries, escalating when necessary
