Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper ledger posting.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents, records, and reports.
- Assist in the processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor company expenses.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with payroll preparation and other finance-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and accounting principles.
- Support audits, fact-checking, and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform administrative duties related to accounting as required.
