We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for an organization in Norfolk, Virginia. This position will manage end-to-end payroll activities, helping ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with multi-state payroll processing and is comfortable working in a high-volume environment using ADP Workforce Now.


Responsibilities:

• Administer complete payroll processing cycles from data review through final distribution for a large employee population.

• Handle payroll activities across multiple states while applying appropriate tax, wage, and compliance requirements.
