Position Overview
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Administration
+ Process bi-weekly/weekly payroll for employees accurately and on time
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
+ Maintain and update employee payroll records (wages, deductions, taxes, benefits, etc.)
+ Audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
+ Manage payroll tax filings, garnishments, and other deductions
+ Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
+ Generate payroll reports for finance and leadership teams
+ Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and timekeeping
