Job Description

Lead and support the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), rather than payroll processing
Design and configure complex payroll components, including: Wage types, Leave and accrual groups, Payroll rules, schemas, and structures
Apply prior implementation experience to reduce delivery risk and improve design outcomes
Act as a payroll SAP SME for the broader project team
Partner closely with: Systems integrators and payroll specialists & internal payroll and process leads
