We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a high level of confidentiality, and experience managing payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process bi-weekly/semi-monthly payroll for all employees

+ Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes

+ Ensure compliance with applicable wage and hour laws and payroll tax regulations

+ Calculate and process bonuses, commissions, and deductions (benefits, garnishments, etc.)

+ Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

+ Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports
