Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Payroll Specialist to support a private management company based in Miami, FL.

This is a direct hire opportunity that will work in a hybrid capacity, in the office Tuesday - Thursday, and remote on Mondays/Fridays.

The primary objectives of the Payroll Specialist are to (1) partner with internal clients to process payroll accurately and timely, (2) provide oversight while ensuring the company is compliant with all federal, state, and local laws as they relate to employee payroll, and (3) act as a liaison with company leaders to drive satisfaction with internal customers.

The Payroll Specialist will report to the Payroll Manager and create a well-maintained and efficient payroll processing environment with adequate controls, delivering timely and accurate information to all stakeholders.
