As a Payroll Specialist, you process Luxembourg payroll for all permanent employees together with your colleagues. You perform the necessary checks on payroll results and respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders. You support and assist managers and HR Advisors by providing payroll-related reports and information.
You work with SuccessFactors and a time management system. Systems and processes are continuously improved, and you play an integral role in this evolution.Together with your team members, you are responsible for the overall administration of personnel.
In collaboration with another Payroll Specialist, you handle the technical preparation of payroll and ensure its execution. Each month, you jointly ensure that all employees receive accurate and timely compensation.
