Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (local and U.S. payrolls).
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and U.S. payroll laws (federal and state where applicable).
- Handle payroll tax filings, statutory deductions, and reporting requirements.
- Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain payroll records, documentation, and audit trails.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll inputs and compliance matters.
- Ensure timely salary disbursements and respond to employee payroll-related queries.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates.
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll.
