Our client is looking for a payroll specialist to join their team. This role will be 100% remote but will need to be based in Houston.


Responsibilities:

• Manage biweekly payroll processing across multiple states in ADP Workforce Now for several company codes, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on schedule.

• Oversee high-volume payroll activity for both salaried and hourly populations, including payroll calculations, earnings review, deductions, and final validation before release.

• Apply California payroll rules accurately, including state-specific pay practices, garnishment administration, and child support order processing.

• Support employee reimbursement activity through Concur and help coordinate recurring wire payments required for designated employee groups.
