Position Overview
Description
+ Process bi-weekly/weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
+ Ensure payroll accuracy, including timekeeping, deductions, benefits, and garnishments
+ Maintain employee data in HRIS and payroll systems
+ Assist with new hires, onboarding, and terminations
+ Administer benefits enrollments and respond to employee payroll/benefits questions
+ Support HR compliance initiatives (I-9s, audits, EEO reporting, policies)
+ Coordinate payroll tax filings and respond to payroll-related inquiries
+ Assist with year-end processing, including W-2s and audits
+ Support other HR functions such as performance reviews, employee relations, and recordkeeping
What Weβre Looking For
+ 2+ years of experience in payroll and/or human resources
+ Working knowledge of payroll laws, wage & hour compliance, and basic HR practices
