Position Overview
Role : Payroll Specialist Salary - AED 13000 per month plus benefits Responsible for managing and processing employee compensation accurately and in compliance with legal & company policies.
Key Responsibilities - Process monthly/bi-weekly payroll for employees
- Verify timesheets, attendance, and leave records
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Prepare and post payroll journal entries
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Handle end-of-service benefits
- Manage payroll taxes, social security, and statutory deductions
- Generate payroll reports
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6 - 8 years of payroll accounting experience
- Experience in UAE payroll regulations is mandate
