Maintain employee master data & payroll records in HRMS, audits for compliance with company policies, procedures and authorizations with cyclical deadlines
Develop more efficient, streamlined processes to eliminate manual work (focus on automation)
Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements, process F&F, gratuity payments etc
Ensure regular payroll compliance with statutory payments remittances and filing requirements across locations and entity
Compile data from various sources/locations, and maintain the required registers at location/entity level to ensure the payroll compliance is met 100%
Liaise with vendor for any new registrations/renewals of certifications as per the statute
Co-ordination with vendor and monitor on all payroll compliance aspects
