The Payroll & Sales Compensation Manager is responsible for the end-to-end payroll administration of Head Office employees as well as the USA variable compensation program for Sales agents. Partnering with Sales Ops, this role has a particular focus on performance-driven compensation structures, including sales data validation, incentive calculations, and payout execution.
Ultimately, this role is responsible for the validation and execution of compensation logic for the US Variable Pay Program, ensuring all earnings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company performance.
Operating at the intersection of HR, Finance, and Operations, this role is a critical control point for payroll accuracy, compensation governance, and operational efficiency.
