Job Purpose
Responsible for reconciling payroll control and suspense accounts, ensuring accurate payroll payments to HMRC and third parties, resolving discrepancies, managing overpayments, and supporting payroll compliance and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile payroll control and suspense accounts against finance reports.Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and processing errors.Ensure accurate payroll payments to HMRC and third-party agencies.Manage payroll overpayments, BACS recalls, and pension contribution recoveries.Support month-end and year-end payroll processes and audits.Produce journals, financial reports, and payroll adjustment data.Work closely with Payroll, Finance, and Pensions teams to improve processes and controls.Maintain comp...
