We are looking for a Payroll Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day payroll operations for a US-based retail and restaurant chain. In this role, you will help manage multi-state payroll processing, support tax and compliance activities, and work closely with the clients finance team using ADP. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end multi-state payroll processing for a large hourly and salaried workforce on bi-weekly cycles. Assist with processing of bonuses and incentive payouts, helping ensure accurate calculations and timely disbursement. Help coordinate and review the work of payroll team members, providing day-to-day guidance and quality checks.
