Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Manage and process full payroll accurately and on time, including earnings, deductions, benefits, bonuses, and adjustments. Oversee time and attendance, verify records, run reports, and ensure accurate payroll inputs. Reconcile payroll, pension/provident fund contributions, and statutory payments (tax, UIF, COIDA). Maintain HR administration including personnel files, onboarding, contracts, leave tracking, and reporting. Key Skills Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate across teams. Key Requirements 5 years' payroll administration and/or HR support experience. Proficiency with payroll and HR software (e.g., Pay Space).
